I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Vaughan Consultants and Contracting. We discovered that we had a leak in our roof that was damaging the interior wall between our kitchen and garage and into the basement bedroom directly below. I was paired with Dan Vaughan through a roofing contractor so he could do the structural improvements to the roof and it just took off from there. Dan ended up providing sorely-needed General Contracting support through the entire process, which included an insurance claim for the damage caused by the leak. His experience and expertise in handling claims work and working with adjusters was invaluable. Through Dan's persistence, the remediation work was all deemed eligible for claims reimbursement. Vaughan C&C was truly a lifesaver for us and while the work they completed on the roof, garage, kitchen, and basement bedroom was truly immaculate, it paled in comparison to the support and oversight they provided through the process. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the month-long project and were so great with my work-from-home wife's schedule, my gregarious 4 year old, and my obnoxious hairless cat that would not leave them alone. 10 stars out of 5, 200% satisfied. Vaughan repaired a broken truss in our roof and coordinated with the roofing company to get the repair done very quickly. They were so easy to work with, and Dan and his wife are just good people!
